First of all they start with asking about yourself and they try to trick you by asking that are you comfortable with a two year contract(this is just a trick question to see your eagerness to work with the same company ) after that they take a telephonic interview of you seeing your communication skills pronunciation and fluency after that they ask you some accounting terms and their defination examples which is follewed by hr screening round. What happend to me was HR selected me in the first round and kept me waiting for 6 hours to tell me that she didnt interview me. When i went the other day the other HR told me that i have given an interview before so they cannot select me for other round as i have applied earlier so my id has been blocked for 3 months. CARELESS HR PEOPLE DON'T EVEN CARE FOR THE JOB SEEKERS AS THEY HAVE SECURED THE JOB THEY KEEP ON TREATING PEOPLE BADLY AS JOB SEEKERS HAVE NO OPTION FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM

it's 3 round interview and is very easy and polite. i have enjoyed it very much but pay is very low and they are just offering night shifts. so people comfortable with that can apply
