I have overall 6 years of experience but have to take break in my career for maternity and child care. Every other organization did just me without even taking an interview. But, Genpact was the one organization which gave me a chance to prove I am capable via an interview and did show trust on my capabilities. I was selected and received offer letter in September'22 for immediate joining but the management has waited for me till Jan'22 as I had my eKYC issues from my end. Every Organization should follow this trust and belief in their employees to have them loyal toward the organization. Hope the organization identifies the efforts of its employees in the same way.

Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.
