Assessment, ops round ,and Final HR round where we will be discussing the salary.
First I got a mail from Genpact saying to attempt assessment, after that I got a mail to connect on zoom for clearing the assessment, then after 4 days again they called me for salary discussion and within a month I joined Genpact.

The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
It was easy related to generice accouting queations and AP knowledge. Are you ok for night shift etc. Apart from it whether you can shift in noida. there will be night shift and you should be flexible for shifts.
