Once submitted the application, they gave me 2 finance questions and asked me to solve and go over those as I am helping students. I should record the videos while explaining.

It was nice. Very flexible hours and can choose if you want to be in person for labs or just on piazza. No real interview as they decide if the student is fit for the position themselves.
