j' ai passé en mars un premier appel téléphonique avec la responsable RH, très bienveillante qui a pris environ 30 minutes, puis un entretien en visio avec le responsable QSE QVT & RSE d'un peu plus d'une heure. A l'issu de cet entretien qui s'était pourtant bien passé, j'ai reçu un mail automatique (avec de mauvaises information) m'informant de leur décision défavorable. Après un entretien en physique, un appel aurait été plus courtois. Le responsable RSE m'a semblé TRES hostile au télétravail, peut-être un soupçon micro-manager sur les bords.
