The first interview was a one-to-one meeting with the technical director at FARM. It was a welcoming interview with general conversations on experience, why you want the role, and how FARM will be as your employer. Following this, a technical test is offered where you complete a certain scenario in regards to the role you apply for. The team are helpful with this and provide you with feedback throughout your test. A second interview is then proposed, where I met a few more team members, got offered the role and discussed the next steps.
