I applied online. Took them about two weeks to get back to me they scheduled a phone call. Phone call was pretty brief had to explain what the company did, tell them about myself. Then I made it to a video call with the CEO, lasted about a half hour. Then I got a third and final video call with the CEO, lasted about a half hour. They emailed me two weeks later telling me I had the job.
