The process lasted for two weeks. One phone interview with the hiring manager, and then on site interview for half day. Talked to five people separately and did case study for 30 minutes. The title posted on Glassdoor is Senior tax analyst II, but confirmed during on site interview that the title was actually Senior tax analyst. My advise is don’t waste time on this “opening” because I doubted this position is really OPEN. This position has been kept posting for over four months. A couple of candidates I know who have over four years big four experience also applied this position but didn’t get an offer either. I feel like they have already found someone, but due to some reasons such as green card application procedures, they have to post this position for certain time. Again, please don’t waste your time on this position if you are actively looking for a job.
