the interview process was organized and everyone I talked to was great. I felt like I did very well and felt positive feedback throughout the interviews. However, I was told I would hear back within 1-2 weeks and I just got ghosted despite sending follow up emails. I do not mind being rejected but it is disrespectful of my time and effort to not be responded to.
