Initial call with recruiter telling me they are very keen and that they want to finalize the process quickly (within 3 week) Next interview with manager (Regional CFO), professional interview with good questions Then no feedback for a month Contacted the recruitment team who answered me the TA person was absent but they contacted the hiring manager and they were waiting for him to meet to consolidate feedbacks Then no follow up at all - very unprofessional I ended up hearing 6 months after from an external recruiter who works with them that they decided to kill the role as it was initially meant to be a replacement. That process was hence a waste of time for everyone.
