This review pertains to my interaction with the recruiter during the screening call. The recruiter seemed to be working in a busy office space as she seemed distracted during the entire call. She didn't appear to be actively listening to my answers to the standard questions that are normally asked during these calls. The screening call was cut 10 minutes short when the office space the recruiter had reserved was needed by another worker at Gilead. The recruiter's disinterest during the phone call along with being completely ghosted afterwards left me with a sour view of this company's hiring practices..
