I had a screening interview with CyberCoders, then a direct interview with CEO who offered the job on the spot. I wasn't prepared to accept, and they were willing to give me a few days to sort it out as I considered another prospect. The CEO was very friendly, and kicked a soccer ball around the office which was a great way to alleviate tension.

The interview consists of several steps that will evaluate you from different perspectives. Interviewers are friendly and don't have an aim to make you feel miserable. There are a couple of days between each interview session.
