So i ended up having 6 stages of interviews here. I met the head of HR, The operations Director, The sales Director A head of finance and the CEO. only for the process to be put on hold and resumed 2 months later saying i just had to meet the CEO again. last minute he didn't turn up for the interview and I met the then operations director Rebecca instead. it was 2 weeks then till i heard anything and was then brought in to meet Carl again. In the interview he asked me the following questions: do you plan on having another child? do you have any external factors that would mean you may occasionally need to work from home? Would you be happy to occasionally work outside of your working hours?
