First round with HR then two calls with team members. Final in person interview with five separate interviews. Very poor communication on status between interviews and delayed responses. Mainly looking for fit with team.

I had a 30 minute video interview with a senior recruiter. He took about fifteen minutes explaining the role he was hiring for and who he was. Then he proceeded to ask about my qualifications for the role, and made it very easy to explain my background. I should have elaborated more on my background.
