Initial phone call with recruiter then a fit check with the team, then a homework task (example briefing) , then a final stage interview with the team and a partner. No feedback or outcome provided.

Initial interview was a good experience, the panel were switched on and engaged and answered my questions effectively and I was excited about the role. This was followed by a written test and a second interview. The second interview with senior management was completely different and unfortunately the panel were unpleasant, unprofessional and erratic. I would steer clear based on this experience… as an interview is where they are supposed to be putting their best foot forward I dread to think how they behave with their employees and I certainly wouldn’t want to be their client.
