This interview is a three round process. Once I submitted my resume, their hiring team was very timely in their response. I was scheduled the next day for a preliminary interview and had a chance to meet with the CEO of the company. At the end of the preliminary interview I was scheduled the following day for a second round interview where I was able to meet with one of the companies top producing representatives. He then showed me around and explained what a full day looks like, went over the pay and scheduling structure and answered all the questions I had. He was very informative and super helpful. He didn't make me feel dumb for asking so many questions and was very flexible with me. The scheduling seemed very flexible due to the hours of operation and they were willing to create a schedule just for me. When the second round was over, I spoke with the CEO again and just recapped what I had seen and heard. They all seemed very organized and in sync. Overall, I would say it was a very smooth interviewing process.
