I was referred by a friend. I had a screening interview with the HR manager. I was then interviewed by the hiring manager, via phone. This led to a 2 hour face to face interview with three members of the management team, one person at a time. At the end of the interviews, I was thanked for my time and waited to hear back. About 2 weeks later, I was offered the job via phone and email.
