2023 and they still make you fill out a paper application when you show up where you just re-write your resume onto an application! What a waste of time. Owner rambled on and on about his business, barely asked me any questions. 45 minute working test to prove that I knew how to set up some basic print jobs. The shop was the most unorganized and messy print shop I've seen in my 10+ years in the business. Really really bad sign. I don't know what else to say other than the interview had more red flags than a Chinese parade. They offered me the job, then when I negotiated for more money the owner told me that someone else did better in the working interview and that he'd let me know... Never got back to me. I've never been part of a more unprofessional interview process in my life.
