One screening discussion followed by one face to face where I met three folks. They requested me to come as they wanted to complete the interview on the same day. And after the interview no feedback for one month, the recruiter stopped answering the calls, no response to the emails. We as HR professionals talk about candidate experience and if this is the candidate experience the candidate is getting for the HR role then I am really not sure if the feedback actually goes to the candidates or not. The worst part is I get a thank you email when I expressed my disappointment. No courtesy to call and apologize or even to even apologize on email.
