Two technical plus one Managerial Technical rounds were good and they have some good interview panel in L2. But the managerial round went into an argument with the manager really pissed off from the start. He really didn't like my answer about why i want to join Globant. I really dont know why he was unsure that i would not join Globant. Argument became heated when he asked will u try for some other company to which i also annoyingly said yes i would try. I mean this is an open secret that people try for better companies even if they receive an offer. Atleast i was honest. But he was in no mood to listen to my clarifications and asked me to drop the call immediately. Such rude was the manager. After wasting 2 hrs of technical round, manager didn't like my answer that i would try for better company and better offer. Sometimes i feel managerial round should be held first.. Anyway working under him would have been difficult for me. Hence i am glad they didn't offered me the job.
