The interview process is the most swift process I have ever attended. There was a HR screening followed by 2 rounds of technical discussions. 1st Technical round was scheduled for a Saturday and to my surprise, I received the feedback in 20 minutes post my discussion. 2nd round of discussion was planned the same day and that was too very smooth. Both the panels were quire clear about the JD and questions were crisp and to the point. HR was also very supportive and all the information was relayed on timely basis. Overall, I am quite happy with the whole process and I think other organisations could learn from Globant on how to value candidate's efforts and time.
