I have been told that there will be 2-3 rounds in single day. I could not crack first round as interview questions were so irrelevant. I don't what kind of expertise they want. I answered 80 percent qsns correctly though qsns were irrelevant. why do you waste your own and other's time. you should tell candidate about requirements and also inform that you want an extra ordinary person .
