Worst interview process. Pune office interviewer was nice, friendly and respectful. Whereas NRI interviewer sitting in his US house, with his madeup accent was very robotic. No emotions , rude and was not interested at all, in taking the interview, looked like it was not in his job profile to take interviews. But he had to, as his boss forced him. He didn't even bothered to switch ON his camera, for the Skype round. It felt awkward talking to my own laptop screen. He gave some lame excuses for that camera issue, but i think he was not okay to talk to a junior candidate and waste his time and his camera life. Office infrastructure (Pune) is just to lure ppl, nothing else. Pune guys - you are doing good and working hard to fill your vacant position. US guys - Don't waste the efforts of recruitment team. Also, If you want respect, give respect.
