Worst and most disgusting experience. At Globant, I had appreared for Magento Developer. I went through all rounds. As, I got to know that I got selected, where HR confirmed the same. In subsequent phase they have shared with me salary structure, which is comparitively less what I'm getting from other employeerer. I raised concern that I'm getting good enough package from other employeer, why can't you match the same offer instead of offering me less and make suituation worst. They had denied to match the offer and was offering less only. Here they have started with their mind game. Later on, I go with mind set that such good company, why would I leave a wonderful opportinity. And I said yes to their offer. This time HR said that I will share offer with you. Later on she said we've closed with the opportunity. I could not tell you how disgusting I felt when she said the opportinity has closed. I have not had word to reply to her. I suggest if you get call from Globant, please double check with opportinity. What reluctant and useless HR. You need to always follows with HR after every round like you follow with client to get an offer, you need to put an extra efforts even if you are done all rounds.
