I was contacted by a recruiter, who thereafter set up an interview with 2 globant employees. That interview went well, and the senior director wanted to introduce me to the client. They they changed their process, and requested I complete an extensive exercise for the client, before even speaking with them. I explained I felt this was premature in the process and would appreciate more context, and simply meeting the client to see if it’s a good fit for everyone before completing extensive work. They ghosted me.
