HR seemed very disorganized, asked for the same information twice. Standard interview questions. Hiring Manager asked very few questions. No follow up from HR on status / next steps. It just takes a moment to be courteous & send a quick "thank you for your interest" email even if there is no job offer. The whole process left a bad impression of the company.
