submitted by resume then had a brief phone call interview. i spoke with both of the directing attorneys of the program and i was offered a position. i was then assigned to be supervised by one of the two directing attorneys and she over saw my work all semester long and we had regular one on one meetings once a week to discuss my progress on projects and any difficulties i had encountered.
