they came across to my resume online the same day I posted it up and gave me a call the next day saying that I seem to be a good fit to the position based on my leadership experience blablabla(while I actually had nothing about it on my resume), trying to make an interview appointment as soon as possible. kinda fishy.

2 general rounds of interview - this is clearly a sales position where they tell you to take up the basic sales job and convince you how the growth would take you to a management level.

Waste of time--first interview was all informational, at most 10 minutes long, and only because I was busy asking about things they should have told me when they explained the job. Interviewer did not have any prepared questions other than "tell me about yourself" and did not look past my name on my resume. The second, real round of interviews was the following day over several hours where they actually told us about the company, the position, and asked about our actual abilities. By then I was so upset by the lack of professionalism and hidden information about the job that I withdrew from final consideration. Based on the chit-chat I overheard from the receptionists, many people did not show up and those who did were unprepared. Show up, bring a resume and wear business attire, you should be hired within days.
