I applied in person and right as a completed filling out the application I was told that I could do my interview that very same day. The d.o.n. was on vacation and the administrator was in and giving interviews. He was very nice and asked the usual questions. At the end of the interview he said that he thought I was a good fit and offered me the job right there and then. Afterwards he set a day for me to meet with the d.o.n. to go over a schedule and my orientation days. I orientated for three days on my unit and was told if I needed more I could receive them for my or any of the other units.
