Unstructured. One person was very nice and easy to talk to. The other one had a prickly personality and was not friendly. They said they would contact me by Friday that week, which was 2 days away. I never heard back, from anyone. Still don't know if I have a job offer or if they moved on, lol. This has been almost a month now.
