Chatted with HR, then the CEO and finally the Tech/Product Teams. All standard, no curveballs or red flags - good people, doing the right things. I enjoyed the interview process. But, some 4 weeks later and I have not heard back from them. I presume they have gone with another candidate. I reached out 5 days ago and have still heard nothing back - took the whole experience from excellent to neutral/poor.
