The interview process with Gorilla 76 was to-the-point and conversational. Current employees were able to ask questions in a round table format that opened up conversation and allowed both parties to get to know one another. I went through three rounds of interviews - one with a founder, one with the department I would work with and one with the a greater team overall. Interview questions were set up to gauge a good fit and didn't feel challenging. My favorite part of the interview process was when questions opened up beyond the role itself and more about being a fit culturally for the company.

My interview process included 4 rounds of interviews over 3 weeks. The first interview was a call with the founder Jon, the second was a call with a director, the third was Jon, the director, and HR. The final interview was Jon, the director, HR, and two other director level employees who I would be interacting with in my role. I really appreciated that every person I spoke with had read my resume and the questions I was asked were a good mix of asking about specific skills & past experience with culture fit questions. I felt really comfortable and engaged during the entire process.
