Phone screen and then two back to back interviews. The interviews were casual for the most part, and really got me excited about what risk advisory was. Getting to interview and spend time with a partner and senior manager in the practice showed a lot about how intentional they are with their recruiting.
The interview was easy and simple direct questions. Most questions were related to SOX , Testing, Internal audit. Some of the questions are listed below:

Colloquio
There were two back-to-back behavioral 30 minute virtual interviews. One was with a manager the other one with a partner; they were both very nice and asked only behavioral questions. It was a typical interview.

Colloquio
The first round of interviews was 1 hour long consisting of two 30 min back to back interviews. I really enjoyed talking with one of the interviewers as she made it seem more of a conversation rather than an interview. I was invited for an additional interview with the department leader and that went well, however a week later they message me saying ANOTHER manager wanted to talk with me so they could make a final decision. They then ghosted me for 2 weeks and I had to email the recruiter asking for a follow-up before I finally got a rejection email a few days later. I figured after putting me through 4 interviews they wouldn't waste my time like that. The time span of all of this took 1 month.
