Post resume selection one round happened. The HR is very verbose, do not give clarity at all. I've given interview when in probation and then my notice period was 1 month, but they shared the offer letter post my probation ends in current company that ultimately led to increase in my notice period and on top of that they were now not ready to wait for 3 months..
