Applied after a career fair, had the interview about a week later at my university. interview was completely behavioral. When I walked in the interviewer asked me if I had any questions about the job or the company. He did not seem to have anything prepared for me. Spent the entire first 25 minutes of the 30 minute interview talking about Chicago and the last 5 minutes talking about the actual program. During the interview he said that he was looking forward to seeing me for the program, so it was a very positive experience. I heard back two days after interview and accepted the offer.
