I applied online and I get invited for a phone interview a few days later the the VP who also had another Graphic Designer on the call with her who didn't say a word the entire time. The whole interview felt one-sided, as I could tell the VP wasn't really taking me or my experience seriously, evident with her general "Uh-huh" retort every few seconds as if I was boring her. Also she rudely interrupted me several times and there were points of awkward silences after I would finish her questions. At the end she claimed she would contact me with next steps, but predictably they never did as that was well over 2 weeks ago. Might as well, because after this interview and the other review I just read, I'll add it to my growing list of companies I never want to work for.
