Started off with a personality exam. This is Great Lakes Roofing's bible that they live by. Was then brought into a room with the Sales Manager and Office Manager. Generic questions were asked.
Was called in for a second interview a few days later. Was interviewed that time by the General Manager and Regional Manager. Was very in your face and asked questions that were in my opinion asked to test negotiation skills. Was then asked, the super outdated but in their opinion still relevant, "Sell me this pen" question. At the end of the interview I was offered a different position.

I submitted my resume and was contacted back to have a phone interview. The interview went well (in my opinion). She asked me some typical questions, along with how I would handle some "scenarios". I asnwered honesty. Fast forward 3 weeks later.... i have heard NOTHING. I have called, left messages, and sent follow-up emails. Their Human Resources/ hiring agent is completely unprofessional. Is this how the rest of their business is conducted?! If so, im glad i didnt become part of the team.
