The process involved two interviewers. Throughout the conversation, one of them seemed to focus exclusively on our differences and why I might not fit, rather than exploring my potential or skills. It felt as if they had already decided on another candidate before the interview even started. Furthermore, the second interviewer became quite impolite, especially when discussing administrative/GDPR details. A very unprofessional atmosphere overall. I received a rejection email 2 days later.
