The interview panelists (hiring managers) were professional and competent but the organization definitely wants to change their HR personnel and their HR outsource. The HR process is incredibly unprofessional - I’ve never received any answers to my questions asked as they only expect me to do what I was told just to finish off their work. I sent a followed up email and never got a reply. What is so unfair is that they want you to go through rigorous reference checks and academic credential verification before deciding if you would move into the finalist stage, while all good companies would do the other way around. After I submitted my personal documents and fulfill all the requests, no single acknowledgment email was received. All of this almost makes me feel almost like they already had someone inside for the position but only opened for external candidates just to fulfill the recruiting requirement. It’s such a disappointing experience with such a huge organization.
