Each round spanned approximately 50 minutes, allowing for a comprehensive assessment of my qualifications and potential fit within the organization. The standout feature of this process was the amicable and engaging demeanor of the founders, who exhibited a genuine interest in getting to know candidates beyond just their qualifications. Their warmth and friendliness helped ease any nervousness and fostered open communication. The first round was a friendly and engaging discussion with the founders, focusing on behavioral questions, problem-solving scenarios, and alignment with the company's values and mission. This comprehensive approach allowed for a deeper understanding of the potential partnership. In the second round, we delved into my professional background, skills, and experience. This discussion gave me an opportunity to showcase my expertise and passion for the role, while also providing insights into the company's expectations and culture.
