You meet with 5 different attorneys for 20 minutes and normally go to lunch with 2 associates. The attorneys are mostly partners. Be prepared to sell yourself as a hard worker. They have a lot of applicants and the process takes a while. Ultimately, everyone seemed to enjoy their work.

The screener interview was in a Zoom format and lasted for approximately thirty minutes. Half of the questions were about my background and resume, while half of the time was devoted to my own questions.

Just a standard screener with two partners at the firm. Very nice people and really sold me the idea that the firm has great culture and collegiality. Because it was a screener, it wasn't much behavioral questions but just general tell me about yourself and why GT.
