First screening phone call. Another technical interview. Told me that I would be contacted. Then, made me wait for 8-10 days. When I asked for the new update, they just declined me after 3 weeks of the initial interview date. At least the hiring manager could send me a personal email instead of general email from HR even if they have to decline me as I also need to keep pace with other interviews. Respect the time of your candidate!
