I had a phone interview with the design manager and hr. After getting through that. I had a panel interview with 4 employee. the same manager along with 3 engineers. Interviews were followed up with a tour of the facilities.

Simple & straightforward to the point. Nothing unusual fairly standard process and the interviewer was nice enough. They did show me around the area that I would be working when I asked for a tour which was great.
