The interview process wasn’t out of the ordinary but the original position ended up being given to an employee within the company. I was told to come in to meet one of the designers as I was told a position was being tailored to me. It seems the hiring manager dropped the call on scheduling my interview and missed the opportunity I was told was tailored for me.
