Submitted online application, a few days later got an e-mail saying the position was filled then a couple days later got a phone call to set up an interview. 3 person interview with lab director. Shortest interview I've ever had (10min) with just basic "tell me about yourself & job experience" questions. 1 1/2 wks later got a call asking me to come in and fill out hiring paperwork but was not informed that the hours of the position had been changed from the time of my interview. everyone was friendly enough but the communication between me and the lab director should have been better regarding offering me the job after interview & letting me know hour changes etc.
