Second round interviewer was unprofessional and assumed since her college boyfriend had the done the same titled experience as listed on resume that my experience did not need to be covered.

I applied online and received an email from the hiring manager asking for my availability to do an excel assessment. Once provided, I never heard back. I applied again a couple of weeks later and did year back. The same hiring manager missed the agreed upon window. This is extremely unprofessional.
