Started with a simple recruiter screen, then moved on to a Case Study style interview where we spent the majority of the time discussing a hypothetical scenario with follow up questions.

I had a lovely screening and really enjoyed speaking with the recruiter. They'd seemed excited to move me on to the first round of interviews. I didn't hear from them for about a week and then was informed that they had filled the role with someone else. I totally appreciate that they let me know, and sent a nice response. I had asked for feedback as to whether there was anything I could have done to improve my chances (considering there was obviously someone much further in the process) and did not get an answer.
