I was first contacted by a an HR intern - but I didn't know it was for this job. It was a plain text email asking for a meeting call with no signature. A few days later I received another email by an executive assistant this time with a signature asking for a meeting call with guardian industries. I replied immediately and she said she will call me around 3:30 pm. By 3:35 I receive no call but an email saying there was an urgency and they weren't able to speak with me today, so I made an appointment for a phone interview for the next day. Phone interview went great just needed to confirm I would be okay with a lower salary and then I was invited for the face the face interview. I arrived on time and was prompted to watch the safety video. When the Hr intern and EA arrived they couldn't find an available meeting room. Since this was not my first time seeing them unorganized I got a sense this is how they work. When we found a conference room an HR supervisor joined us for the interview. The HR supervisor immediately did not seem impressed and grilled me because I didn't speak French. The job listing didn't say speaking French was a requirement so I already felt uneasy. I recently had the same position in a different setting. Judging how the interview went I knew this was not a company for me.
