The interview process consists of 4 interviews.
The first one is a general presentation with human resources to see if the company is a good fit for the applicant and vice versa.
The second one focuses more on the position itself and is conducted by the team leaders.
The third is a technical interview to evaluate the general level of development.
The last interview is an exchange with the CEO and CTO to discuss motivations and past experiences.

I applied online and scheduled a first interview after a two-week wait. During the interview, they informed me that they were considering me for a different position, not the one I initially applied for. They asked if I was open to a remote position, to which I agreed. However, they then expressed concerns that I might not be suitable for the role because I showed a preference for remote work, even though I had mentioned that I was flexible in my working environment. Furthermore, the recruiter insinuated that I might be actively job hunting while currently employed. Interestingly, he criticized my lack of knowledge about their company, even though he hadn't provided any introduction or information about their company and its operations.
