Overall process is poor, HR unaware of roles and responsibilities and tech team asking totally different questions without any sync in between. They try to be a cool company during interview process but i feel there are unnecessary number of rounds, and the salary offered for these roles is poor as per Indian market. Better try for good Product based companies or Guidewire partners with a better payscale.
